People Daily reported that among the 70 steel mills under rectification in Liaoning province, 51 in the first ten day of November have been closed and 10 mandated to make up the environment protection procedures according to related regulations
As per report, the move causes a reduction of sulfur dioxide of 1005 tonnes and dust of 10825 tonnes.
