Henan Fengbao Special Steel Corporation of Anyang Steel Group’s inauguration is officially kicked off on December 21.

Via gradual merging by equities, Henan Fengbao Special Steel signs reorganization agreements with Anyang Steel on May 26.

Anyang Steel is the largest steel manufacturer in Henan province, keeping a record of no loss and rapid growth for nearly 30 years. Especially for the recent years, the mill grows up rapidly into a modernized steel enterprise with an annual steel capacity of over 1,000 tonnes and greatly enhanced comprehensive competitive strength.

After the reorganization, the two sides are to further enhance enterprise power, optimize products’ structure and realize resource sharing to promote bi-party’s prosperity.
