China Knowledge reported that Audi AG a German subsidiary of Volkswagen AG auto sales in China reach 32,877 units last month reflecting a YoY increase of 18.4%.

In Jul 2011, the German automaker saw its China sales hit 27,767 units.

Last month, the sales of domestic Audi Q5 model surged 80% from a year earlier and led its sales to 50,170 units in the first seven month of this year.

From January to July, the company sold a total of 226,748 vehicles in China, 34.6% or 58,282 units more than it realized in the same period of last year.
