On June 26th, BaoSteel and Shenhua Group officially sign the strategic cooperation agreement at Baoshan Hotel. Both parties will further intensify the collaboration in steel supply, R&D etc, giving full play to their advantages respectively and fulfill hand in hand and win win policies.

It is reported that based on the strategic agreement, Baosteel and Shenhua Group will establish comprehensive and stable collaboration in steel supply, and development profound partnership in steel procurement, new product R&D as well as IT cooperation, etc.

Baosteel and Shenhua have a good cooperation foundation for years. At present, steel products as heavy plate, pipe and color coated sheets produced by Baosteel Co have been widely used in the construction of Shenhua Ningxia Coal chemical Industry base. Meanwhile, such products as Baosteel wear resistant steel, high strength steel and Baosteel special steel supercritical high pressure boiler pipe, etc have successfully replaced importation and widely used in the field of Shenhua Group coal mine machinery and power plants etc.
