It is reported that in the first half of the current year, Baogang Group Waibu Sales Company, a sales focused subsidiary of Inner Mongolia autonomous region based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel Co sold 1.9741 million tonnes of billets up by 386,400 tonnes YoY.

The billet sales volume was equivalent to 52% of Baogang Group Waibu Sales Co sales target for the full year and accounted for 43.6% of the total billet sales volume of Baogang Group in the first half of the year.
