Guangzhou Thin Plate Co Ltd, a JV of Baosteel Group co Ltd and Guangzhou Iron & Steel Group co Ltd was officially formed on April 19th 2012.

The general secretary of Guangzhou Mr Wan Qinliang, together with chairman of the board of Baosteel Group Co Ltd Mr Xu Lejiang unveiled the plaque.

Baostell Group,State capital committee of Guangzhou Municipal, Guangzhou Iron & Steel Group and Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co Ltd has signed a protocol for establishment of this JV in August 2011.
