Recently Baosteel successfully received the order of anti HIC/SSCC UOE line pipes for commercial gas capacity construction project of Turkmenistan South Yoloten Field.

The order is the first order of sulphur resistant UOE line pipe received by Baosteel successfully.

The pipeline is 35.77 kilometer long totally, requiring nearly 16,000 tonnes of anti HIC/SSCC line pipe products.

The ratio of thickness to radial dimension of this order is up to 0.045, creating the record of production since Baosteel UOE line was put into production.

The smooth completion of the project will break through zero supply of Baosteel sulphur resistant UOE line pipe and lay the foundation for Baosteel UOE line pipe to advance to the high end sulphur resistant line pipe market.
