BaoSteel has recently bagged a mall bore boiler seamless pipe supply contract from Beijing Babcock & Wilcox Vietnam for its sub critical boilers

The signature of package supply contract for the whole high pressure boiler tube was the supply of Baosteel to Vietnam Peace II power plant with 2 small caliber boiler tubes of 60 million kilowatts sub critical W flame unit, which was also the largest contract after Beijing Babcock & Wilcox, Vietnam WengAn project.

This is also the first time for Baosteel of a package delivery in its true sense with the project gross of 7000 tonnes, 77 kinds of specification, and the least weight of 50 kilograms. Under such a depressed market situation, the signature of this order will further reinforce the strategic cooperation relationship, showing the firm confidence of the two parties to overcome the market challenge.

Established in 1986, Beijing Babcock & Wilcox is a JV of Harbin Boiler Factory Co Limited, Shanghai Industrial Boiler Co Limited and Sichuan Eastern Boiler Co Limited.
