China Metallurgical News reported that Baotou Iron and Steel Co Ltd has successfully rolled out 380 kilometers per hour hi speed rail steel in its test run which lays a sound foundation for it to develop fine quality hi speed railway steel in the future.

Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway construction, one of the national landmark projects with the operating speed hitting at 380 kilometers per hour is hard to roll out.

The company has overcome all the difficulties amid production with the up to stand ratio of 79.2%.
