Bengang Steel Plates Co Ltd (Bengang Steel Plates), the listed company of Benxi Steel, published the preliminary forecast of 2008 fiscal situation that its net profit was expected to conclude at CNY 500 million to CNY 850 million down by 50%YoY to 70% YoY.
