It is reported that Black Sea based CIS steel export market has weakened further this week
Billet - prices are stagnating and the market working level is now around USD 590 per tonne FOB and offers up to USD 605 per tonne
Rebar & Wire Rods - During the week, price decreased by around USD 20 per tonne to USD 25 per tonne. It seems that sellers are under pressure as demand is very weak and they are quoting quite low on full prepayment basis
HRC - Both Ukrainian and Russian suppliers have lowered their quotes this week by USD 5 per tonne to USD 10 per tonne.
Plates - The lower band prices for plates reduced by USD 10 per tonne this week
CR - While Ukrainian producers reduced their offers by USD 10 per tonne, Russian mills tried to maintain their price this week
