It is reported that Chengde Xinxin Vanadium & Titanium Co Ltd a subsidiary of Hebei Steel Group, has succeeded in rolling out 200 tonnes of SS490 HRC with Japanese standards from its 1780 production line days ago with each index meeting the standards, which ensures a fine usage.

Japanese standard SS490 HRC, the first new steel variety since the HR line being slated into production in the company, with high tensile strength and fine cold-formed capacity, which is widely used in bridge steel, shipbuilding and vehicle etc industries, sometimes in HGI plates.

Now, the company is making an all out effort to organize the rolling task of SS490 HRC, which laid a solid foundation for the future production.
