China Knowledge reported that Hong Kong listed natural gas services operator China Gas Holdings Ltd has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Hubei Province Natural Gas Development Co.

Pursuant to the agreement, China Gas and Hubei Province Natural Gas will jointly develop natural gas market in the downstream cities of Hubei Province.

Hubei Province Natural Gas will support China Gas in pipe gas supply and multiple gas sources with its Seven trunklines and 15 citygates project, so as to meet the gas demands of those city gas companies of China Gas in Hubei Province.

China Gas will support the Hubei Provincial Government in its development of the provincial natural gas control and safety platform.

China Gas said earlier that Energy Link Investments Ltd, its joint venture with Oman Oil Co plans to acquire a 49% stake in Panva Gas Holdings Ltd a Chinese liquefied petroleum gas retailer.
