It is reported that China Rare Earth Holdings plans to issue 100 million additional shares at HKD 3.95 per share to raise HKD 395 million.

The issue price represents a nearly 10% discount compared with the HKD 4.39 closing price before trading was suspended. China Rare Earth has an over allotment right to issue 20 million shares and increase total proceeds raised to HKD 470 million.
