Recently Ministry of Land and Resources states after two round integrations of mineral resources the number of large scale mines in China in 2010 increased by 21.7% compared to 2006. The scaled and intensive development is launched in integrated deposits.

The first round integration lasted from 2006 to June 2009, 5,046 deposits are completed with 22,000 cut from the involved 50,000 mining rights. T

he second round, which launched in November 2009 and promoted in 2011, with 1,528 deposits basically completed and 3,885 cut from 8,809 mining rights.

The number of large scale mines in 2010 has advanced by 21.7% versus 2006.
