It is reported that Shanghai Super Express, a high speed container vessel running from China's Shanghai Port and Japan's Hakata Port has finished its 50th round trip on February 10th arriving at the Luojing Second Phase Terminal in Shanghai. The successful operation for almost half a year marks China to Japan express shipping passage basically in place.
Shanghai Super Express which tripped two rounds a week from Shanghai Port to Hakata Port has high shipping speed comparable to that of planes, but its freight and transportation capacity are much superior to planes.
It takes only about 23 hours for the vessel to sail from Shanghai to Hakata, Japan, and less than five hours for it to berth and finish loading and unloading, helping Shanghai Super Express to realize a next-day delivery service for goods in large quantities and making a great contribution to Shanghai's high-end goods transportation.
