China Knowledge quoted statistics released by the General Administration of Customs of China said China crude oil imports were 22.27 million tons or 5.44 million barrels per day in June up by 34%YoY.

The National Bureau of Statistics said early this month that China produced 16.88 million tonnes of crude oil last month or about 4.12 million barrels per day up by 7.4%YoY. The country total crude oil output in the first half of this year was 98.48 million tonnes up by 5.3%YoY

In June, China imported 741,732 tons of liquefied natural gas, 58% more than in the same period a year earlier. Natural gas imports during the month were 224,185 tonne

The NBS said last month, the country produced 7.08 billion cubic meters of natural gas up by 5.8%YoY. China total natural gas output in the first half of this year was 45.93 billion cubic meters up by 10.8%YoY.
