Statistics from the National Development and Reform Commission showed that China's key steel mills gained sales revenue of CNY 2.65725 trillion in January to September 2012 period, down by 6.5% YoY.

In September 2012, the sales revenue dropped by 11.1% YoY to CNY 281.1 billion.

During the given period, the key steel mills lost CNY 5.53 billion and in September 2012, the loss attained CNY 2.38 billion.
