Danieli Corus has been awarded with the design and supply of a complete sublance based process control system for the third 150 tonnes converter of Tonghua steel plant.

Since 2006, two Danieli Corus systems with bottom stirring are in operation in this steel plant in combination with the Danieli Corus Static-Dynamic process control model.

Based on the outstanding performance and high equipment availability, Tonghua Iron & Steel decided to place a repeat order for sublance and bottom stirring.
