China Knowledge reported that Ford Motor Co, the second-largest car company in the US sold 470,152 automobiles in China in the first eleven months of this year up by 7%YoY.

Last month, Ford and its China joint ventures delivered 43,338 vehicles up by 6%MoM but down by 7%YoY.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co, Ford Motor passenger vehicle joint venture in China sold a total of 289,870 vehicles in the first eleven months reflecting an increase of 6%YoY. The JV sold 29,568 Ford-brand wholesale vehicles last month up 1%YoY from 29,321 last year.

Last month, sales of Ford Mondeo hit record 7,607 units up by 61%YoY due to the model's 20% better fuel economy and 15% less CO2 emissions.
