China Knowledge quoted according to figures from the National Development and Reform Commission that the gross domestic product of the three provinces in Northeast China, Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province and Liaoning Province grew 12.9%YoY to CNY 3 trillion in the first three quarters of this year.

The growth rate was 0.2 percentage points lower than that in the first half but 3.5 percentage points higher the national average of 9.4% during the period. The three provinces saw value-added output in primary sector, secondary sector and tertiary sector rose 4.4%YoY, 15.5%YoY and 10.9%YoY respectively.

GDP in Liaoning rose 12.5%YoY to CNY 1.57 trillion in the first three quarters and that in Jilin and Heilongjiang was CNY 652.7 billion and CNY 783.6 up by 14.4%YoY and 12.4%YoY respectively.

Value added industrial output in Liaoning was up 15.1%YoY in the first three quarters and that in Jilin and Heilongjiang increased 20%YoY and 13.6%YoY respectively.
