Currently, Handan Steel of Hebei Steel Group receives an order of 28,000 tonnes of X70 steel pipeline from Nigeria, which is the biggest export order after one for X70 pipeline of 16,000 tonnes to Turkmenistan. By December 6, over 10,000 tonnes of products have been delivered, all of which turn qualified after tests.

X70 pipeline for this time is of a thickness of 12.7mm, width 1550mm. The contract strictly requires on yield strength, tensile strength, impacting force in -20 centigrade degree and DWTT shear area. Handan Steel gives a full play to its advantages on cold-rolled equipments, executing regulations to the letters, and finally guaranteeing products’ quality.

For now, the mill has been capable for mass production on steel pipeline of L245, L290, X52, X60, X65, X70, X80, etc.
