It is reported that Handan Steel, one subsidiary of Hebei Steel Group, successfully churned out China first piece of sphenoid steel plate before the National Days.

As per report, the thickness of the two heads of the plate is respectively at 40mm and 30mm and the width and length of the plate are differently at 2550mm and 12560mm.

This new product which is an empty part in China is mainly applied in shipbuilding and construction projects for making the obliquity. It’s introduced by the mill that the plate will bring more profit of CNY 300 per tonne than other plates and face a wide market.
