Henan Province based Chinese steel company Hanyang Hanye Special Steel Company, the largest wholly owned subsidiary of Henan Longcheng Group, has announced that it has completed the delivery to China First Heavy Industries of 300 tonnes of 12Cr2Mo1R heavy steel plate with thickness of 118 mm. This is the first time Hanye Special Steel has produced the steel plate product in question.

CFHI will use the steel plate in the manufacture of a hydrogenation reactor. In testing, all the plates supplied by Hanye Special Steel met the required domestic standard.
