Hebei sees iron ore imports rising and prices falling in Dec 2011

It is reported that Hebei which produced 24.43% of the country crude steel in the first 11 months of 2011 saw rising iron ore imports and falling import prices in December.
Hebei imported 9.544 million tonnes in December up by 4%YoY but import price fell 3.9% from the same month of previous year to USD 138.8.
According to the department deliveries from Brazil, Australia and India took 77.6% of its monthly import.
