It is reported that Hefei Urban Construction Development cancelled its plan to buy out China Real Estate Development Hefei Property from China Real Estate Development.

The company board approved to fully acquire China Real Estate Development Hefei Property for no more than CNY 430 million in May. But the final valuation of the target company from its effective controller was far beyond the listed company’s expectations.
