China Knowledge quoted according to statistics from the Harbin Customs Northeast China Heilongjiang Province imported 1.31 million metric tons of crude oil in the first four months of this year upd by 130%YoY.

The import value of crude oil soared 310%YoY to USD 740 million during the period. The province imported 587,000 tonnes of oil products, 84.9% more than in the corresponding period of last year. The import value increased 190% year on year to USD 300 million.

In the first four months, the province import and export value increased 21.8%YoY to USD 6.25 billion in total. Export value fell 2.6% year on year to USD 3.43 billion, while import value surged 75.3% year on year to USD 2.82 billion.
