Hunan Daily citing sources from Hengsteel said Hunan Valin Steel Tube Co Ltd has actively speeded up products mix adjustment this year on the continuous gloomy seamless steel pipe market in a bid to develop high end products, like anticorrosion deep well high strength oil casing pipes, direct coupled anti -collapsing thermal production well pipes and nuclear steel pipe etc.

As per report, the company was planned to develop at least 6 types of new products totaled at 0.22 million tonnes. And it has finished new products of 98,915 tonnes in the first half year including 34,470 tonnes of high efficiency products.

As present, Hengsteel has become the strategic supplier of Petrochina Tarim Oilfield Company and signed with the subsidy companies of CNPC last year. Besides, the acid-resisting pipeline steel has been widely used in Tarim Oilfield, North American and Uzbekistan areas.
