It is reported that Anhui Honglu Steel Construction Group will spend CNY 800 million to build a 300,000-square meter steel structure factory in an unspecified city in Hubei Province.

Designed capacity of the base includes 80,000 tonnes of heavy steel structures, 20,000 tonnes of light steel structures and 1.2 million square meters of maintenance products.

Honglu will also spend CNY 30 million to establish a wholly owned subsidiary called Anhui Honglu Heavy Machinery and will create another wholly owned subsidiary called Anhui Honglu Building Materials for CNY 10 million.
