It is reported that Huadian Power International Corporation filed it will spend CNY 1.69 billion to fully acquire Sichuan Huoxing Investment and Sichuan Xiexing Investment.

The two investment companies control a hydropower generating company and together have another six hydropower affiliates. They have interests in hydropower plants that are currently under construction with installed capacities of 32.78 megawatts, 392.74MW and 793.12MW.
