It is reported that Hubei Energy Group plans to establish a joint venture Hubei Energy Finance with its subsidiaries, Hubei Xuanen Dongping Hydropower and Hubei Qingneng.

The registered capital of the joint venture is CNY 300 million of which Hubei Energy will contribute CNY 240 million for a stake of 80%. Dongping Hydropower and Qingneng will each contribute CNY 30 million for a 10% stake each.
