China Securities Journal cited Mr Qian Gang a spokesman and General Manager from Hubei Xinyegang Steel Company as saying that "We can't accept EU's final adjudication on Chinese imported steel tubes. He said that they would take whatever action they can in response to the AD investigation.”

As per report, the involved steel tube companies, like Valin Pipeline Steel, Tianjin Tube Group, Pangang Group Chengdu Steel, Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipe, Baosteel and Angang etc prepared with Hubei Xinyegang to pay a visit to MOFCOM again in Mid May hoping to search any helps from WTO for final resolution.

However, it would be a long way to go for Hubei Xinyegang, at least for 2 to 3 years. Mr GM Qian said that they have made overall preparation for this long term struggle.

Earlier this year, EU and America have successively initiated an antidumping investigation into the imports of seamless pipes from China. And Hubei Xinyegang as one of major steel tube exporters in China suffered huge profit losses from their AD investigation.
