Hyundai Steel to buy plate mill equipment from China Erzhong

Hyundai Steel Co said that it has forged a contract to buy thick plate rolling mills from China National Erzhong Group Co for an ongoing project to expand its plant at Dangjin in South Chungcheong Province of South Korea.
Under the deal, the Chinese company will supply KWR 33 billion (USD 30.5 million) worth of rolling mills, key equipment in steel production.
