ICBC to control 70pct stake of AXA Minmetals Assurance

It is reported that Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will control a 70% stake of AXA-Minmetals Assurance after signing a contract this afternoon.
For the first eight months of 2010, AXA-Minmetals Assurance recorded a premium income of CNY 716 million.
