It is reported that Jiangxi Changyun bought the Changnan bus station at Nanchang city in Jiangxi province from Nanchang Public Passenger Transportation Corporation for CNY 80 million. The acquired assets include land, residential buildings, and the passenger transportation business.

According to Jiangxi Changyun, the asset acquisition followed a request by the municipal government of Nanchang. The company will relocate the acquired bus station in the future, in line with the government request. Although the relocation will cut into Jiangxi Changyun profit, the government may provide some preferential policies to the company to compensate for it.
