It is reported that automation department and some leader of the third steel works in Jigang together pressed the button of the system of the converter for 210 tonnes on October 1st successfully smelting a converter of high quality liquid steel.

This smelting was very effective and efficient and saved as 20 seconds as before which marked Jigang successfully realized one push button intelligentized smelting of the converter for 210 tonnes. The utilization ratio of one push button smelting had reached more than 80% since October 1st.

As per report controlling the converter with the help of computer not only requires the strong hardware and software techniques, but also the external prerequisite such as low equipment failure rate, reliable and exact process data etc.
