Jiuquan Steel released its high carbon ferrochrome purchase price (FeCr 55C 1000) for November shipments, setting it at CNY 7800 per tonne (payment by cash) after a week of tender, down CNY 350 from October. Tender volume is said going to rise as the price is quite pleasant.

The price above includes 17% VAT, delivered to the plant, 50% pay by cash.
