It is reported that the converter steel production of Jiuquan Group achieved 10 million tonnes on December 20, 2011.

The converter steel production of its head office, Yicheng Steel and Yuzhong Steel came to 7 million tonnes, 2.004 million tonnes and 997,000 tonnes.

According to its own 12th Five Year Plan, Jiuquan Steel aims to improve its steel capacity more than 13 million tonnes, lift its total assets above CNY 140 billion and realize annual revenue higher than CNY 140 billion.
