Bloomberg reported that Kuwait National Petroleum Co plans to build a third refinery in Asia in addition to projects in China and Vietnam.

Mr Bakhit al-Rashidi KPC’s deputy managing director said the three refineries would have a total capacity of 600,000 barrels a day. No decision has been made on where the third refinery will be located.
