It is reported Laiwu Iron and Steel Co Ltd has produced 304,300 tonnes of electric steel and 713,900 tonnes of steel products achieving the best performances in the history during January to July this year.

Since this year, the steel mill has overcome production disadvantages to increase 2 high proportions. And it successfully rolled out 28MnCr5 and B2 steel products with proportion of new products hitting at 29%.

As per report, market shares of gear steel in the company rank No.1 in China for six years in a row.
