It is reported that Dalian Auto Parts a subsidiary of Liaoning Sg Automotive Group intends to spend CNY 165 million to acquire automobile production technologies, rights to produce certain types of automobiles, and related assets from Liaoning Huanghai Commercial Vehicle.
According to Liaoning Sg Automotive, the acquisition will help to enhance its competitiveness.
