Lingyuan Steel dents scrap purchasing price by CNY 30 per tonne on Oct.18, 2011, after that, procurement price of scrap (>6mm) hovers at CNY 3,790 per tonne, that of scrap (4-6mm) stays at CNY 3,590 per tonne, that of scrap (3-4mm) perches at CNY 3,490 per tonne, in addition, casting iron price stabilizes at CNY 3,250 per tonne.
