Maanshan Steel and others co to set up JV

China Business News reported that Anhui Taier Heavy, China First Heavy Industries and Maanshan Iron and Steel will set up a JV, Heavy Numerical Control Machine, which will have a registered capital of CNY 200 million.
The JV will be based in Maanshan in Anhui province.
The three companies will contribute 30%, 55% and 15% of the capital required.
The JV will supply products to the energy, shipbuilding, military and aerospace industries.
