It is reported that the National Development and Reform Commission approved the additional share offering plans of SDIC Huajing Power Holdings and Sichuan Chuantou Energy.

Chuantou Energy plans to raise up to CNY 2.2 billion from an offering of a maximum of 163 million shares. Ertan Hydropower Development will be obtaining a capital injection of CNY 4.5 billion from Chuantou Energy and SDIC Huajing.

Based on Chuantou Energy stake of 48% and it will inject CNY 2.16 billion into Ertan Hydropower. Huajing plans to raise a maximum of CNY 2.8 billion from an offering of up to 350 million shares. The majority of the funds raised will be used to inject capital into Ertan Hydropower.
