
POSCO hosted a forum to discuss ways to expand its sales presence in the Chinese home appliances market at POSCO-China Shanghai office on December 15.
Twenty-five employees joined the event. They represented the trading companies such as Samsung, SK, GS, Daewoo and Hyosung as well as partner companies for the steelmaker supply chain management in China.
During the forum, POSCO shared its most up to date analysis of China electrolytic galvanized iron market and its new sales strategy which was followed by an announcement on differentiation strategies to boost sales in each industrial sector.
The participants discussed ways to upgrade POSCO and its SCM partner service quality for customer companies. POSCO plans to organize another forum to discuss ways to boost its sales in Southeast Asia and other regions in the near future.
