Pangang Group Steel post a loss of CNY168 million in Q3 2011

Pangang Group Steel Vanadium & Titanium has realized a net profit of CNY6.82 million in the first three quarters of this year, compared to CNY692 million in the same period last year. The company posted a loss of CNY168 million.
The company blame the loss to low steel and vanadium price and high cost.
