Sichuan Province based Chinese steelmaker Pangang Group has announced that its subsidiary Panzhihua Mining Company's titanium concentrate output reached 42,900 tonnes in January this year exceeding its targeted output by 2,900 tonnes.

In 2011, Panzhihua Mining produced 8,622,500 tonnes of iron ore concentrate and 497,600 tonnes of titanium concentrate respectively increasing by 744,200 tonnes and 124,100 tonnes YoY.
