It is reported that Shanghai SK Petroleum and Chemical Equipment Corporation posted 0.87% rise in 2010 net profit to CNY 78.35 million. Sales revenue rose 3.9%YoY to CNY 443 million while basic earnings per share dropped 12.2% to CNY 0.36 per share.
The company plans to distribute cash dividends of CNY 1.5 for every 10 shares and convert two shares for 10 shares.
