It is reported that Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas will spend CNY 5.23 billion to build the new No 3 Jingxi Pipeline.

The gas pipeline will have capacity of nine billion cubic meters a year after completion and will be able to satisfy winter peak demand in Shaanxi Province.

The plan is pending the approval of its board of directors.
