Economic Weekly reported that Shandong Steel introduce Mr Bi Zhichao former chairman of Angang Heavy Machine Co Ltd to Jinan Steel for shouldering the positions of secretary of the party committee, vice chairman and vice GM of Jinan Steel

Mr Zhou Chuanyong vice director of the publicity department of Jinan Steel said “We still have no idea which part Mr Bi will take charge of, because the official nomination hasn’t sent to Jinan Steel yet.”

It’s rumored that Mr Bi coming will trigger a new round of alternation in the personnel system of Jinan Steel, preparing for Shandong Steel’s reorganization.

According to the public information, Mr Bi Zhichao once took posts of the first vice manager of Angang Import & Export Co, the first vice manager of Angang Group International Trade Corp, GM of the Angang Machine Manufacturing Co. As chairman of Angang Heavy Machine Co, Mr Bi is known as a doer who leaded its company to be a dark horse in the machine manufacturing industry after the company became independent in 2005.

As per report, Shandong Steel made important adjustments in personnel on October 19th too. At that time, GM of Jinan Steel and Laiwu Steel changed their positions. Mr Chen Qixiang former GM of Jinan Steel left the mill to Laiwu Steel taking the GM of the Later and Chen Xiangyang former GM of Laiwu Steel took the GM of Jinan Steel.
